• Provide accurate and complete information when requesting services
• Grant our team access to your property at agreed-upon times

4. Payment Terms

Our payment terms are as follows:

• Quotes are valid for 30 days from the date of issue
• A deposit may be required for large projects
• Payment is due upon completion of services unless otherwise arranged
• Late payments may be subject to interest charges
• We accept various payment methods including cash, check, and electronic transfers

5. Cancellation and Refund Policy

We understand that plans can change. Our cancellation policy is designed to be fair to both our clients and our team:

• Cancellations made more than 48 hours before a scheduled service will not incur any charges
• Cancellations made within 48 hours of a scheduled service may be subject to a cancellation fee
• Refunds for services already rendered are evaluated on a case-by-case basis
• If we need to cancel a service due to weather conditions or other unforeseen circumstances, we will reschedule at your convenience
